Located in Cutchogue, this family-owned winery belongs to the Solovievs, a family dedicated to sustainability and high-quality wine production. Owner Stacey Soloviev is joined by general manager Ken Cereola and winemaker Greg Cove, all of whom share the mission of offering guests a bespoke experience rooted in education.

Peconic Bay Vineyards considers attention-to-detail and hospitality paramount concerns in both winemaking and service. The result is a series of terroir-driven wines that represent the breadth of the region. The winery’s main tasting room is home to an oyster and wine bar, as well as private barn rentals, picnics in the vineyard and fire pit reservations.
