Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily operations of the tasting room, ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest experience
• Lead and support tasting room staff, providing training and guidance
• Conduct wine tastings and educate guests about our wines and vineyard
• Manage inventory, restock wine and merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized space
• Assist with events, private tastings, and wine club memberships
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any guest concerns professionally
• Work closely with management to meet sales goals and enhance the tasting room experience
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in hospitality, wine service, or retail preferred
• Passion for wine and eagerness to learn about our vineyard and products
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 21+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Availability on weekends and holidays is required

· May be assigned other tasks or be asked to participate in other activities pertaining to the winery, vineyard, bed & breakfast, and off-site events
Qualifications:
· Able to work a flexible schedule

· Retail or Restaurant experience is a plus

· Able to lift up to 40 pounds minimum
