Wine Club Dinner

Experience a four-course private dinner and wine pairing presented and hosted by Grace & Grit and featuring Chronicle Wines on Friday, April 12 at 6pm.

Seats are limited and tickets close 48 hours before the event day on Wednesday, April 10 at 6 pm.

• FIRST COURSE: Duck Chawanamushi with Wild Mushrooms, paired with 2023 Chronicle Wines White Wine “Research Blend” (new release, limited edition)

• SECOND COURSE: Grilled Feta with Mint and Pistachio Pesto, paired with 2023 As If “Curiosity” Rosé Pétillant-Naturel (new release)

• THIRD COURSE: Roasted Rack of Venison, Blueberry Sauce, Spinach, paired with 2022 As If “Spark” Red Wine Blend (new release)

• FOURTH COURSE: Sliced NY Strip Steak, Chimmichurri, Rumbledethumps, Spring Peas Paired with 2018 Saltbird Cellars Merlot
