Get your tickets to Paw Paw x Chronicle Wines dinner at The Lin Beach House on August 26! This dinner as part of Long Island Wine Country’s 50th Anniversary summer of celebration. Alie Shaper is hosting the wine portion of the dinner and will feature at least 5 of the Chronicle Wines “Limited Edition” cuvées:
– 2021 CW Riesling
– 2022 CW Viognier
– 2022 CW “Electra Orangino” (skin-fermented “new” wine, Gewurztraminer + Pinot Gris, unfixed and unfiltered)
– 2022 CW “Chronicle Pink” (a Merlot + Cab Franc blend)
– 2013 CW Red Wine Blend (Cab Sauv, Merlot, Malbec, Syrah, Petit Verdot) …& potentially 2021 CW Chardonnay Pét-Nat!
