Chef Ryan Carroll will present a hyper-local tasting menu crafted from ingredients sourced within 10 miles of the winery. Guests will gather at a single, beautifully set communal table to enjoy the flavors of our region, paired with carefully selected Paumanok wines—including limited library selections and the newly released 2025 minimalist white wines and the 2022 Blanc de Blancs. This is more than a dinner—it’s a tribute to the land, the season, and the vibrant North Fork community. We invite you to be part of a truly memorable night.

Meet Chef Ryan Carroll

Chef Ryan has built his career around a simple philosophy: the best meals begin with exceptional local ingredients. A Culinary Institute of America graduate who trained under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, José Andrés, and John Fraser, Chef Ryan has created a one-night-only family-style feast celebrating the East End’s farmers, fishermen, and producers, thoughtfully paired with Paumanok wines.
