Local Oyster Showcase

Sparkling Pointe’s Annual Local Oyster Showcase is a walk-around interactive tasting experience of sparkling wines paired with oysters. Six unique sparkling wine stations are set beside displays of special guest Long Island oyster farmers and North Fork restaurants. Live shucking showcases oyster varieties raw and chefs prepare an array of freshly made mignonettes, frys, and toppings.

Tickets: $110pp ($90 wine club members)

Your ticket includes a walk-around tasting flight of six Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen (24) combination of raw and prepared oysters.

Additional sparkling wine by the glass, oysters, food, and merch sold separately.
