About Intentional Listening and DJ Henry Eu

With the near ubiquitous proliferation of music streaming and the popularity of DJ sets and parties worldwide, there has been a counter movement that focuses on intentional listening, curated sets, and high quality sound. He’s bringing the Japanese “listening room” or “listening bar” concept to the North Fork at the Chroncle Wines Tasting Room.

“DJ Henry Eau” is a genre-fluid DJ and electronic music/beat producer based on the East End of Long Island.  His approach to DJing comes from a mix of classical piano training, jazz-band performance, turntablism, and years of producing electronic music. He thinks about DJing with a musician’s precision, but improvises like it’s a jam session.
