Create Your Own Blend

Blend your own red with us, using our estate petit verdot, caub sauv, cab fran, and merlot. This session is great for those curious to learn more about the nuance of oenology. Sip through different red varietals, blending them at your own pace, and creating a blend specific to you and your tastes!

Your experience will include a wine blending session led by one of our wine experts and a selection of artisanal snacks. Blending sessions last approximately 90 minutes, with the remaining reservation time spent at your leisure as we bottle your personal red blend. (Your custom bottle makes a great souvenir from your visit!)

Our wine blending experience is also available to-go! This specially curated Blending Session in a Box comes equipped with 4 red wine varietals to taste and mix, tools, activity mats, and a booklet with links to a virtual playlist of videos to walk you through the art of tasting and blending wine. It also includes a bottle of Scielo Tinto (our winemaker’s blend)! This makes a great follow-up to share at home or on the go with family and friends and makes a great gift for wine lovers and wine newbies alike.
