6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour
Begin your evening with a scenic cocktail hour on the Milea Estate patio, featuring a curated selection of wines from participating wineries. While Cabernet Franc takes center stage, you’ll also discover other exceptional New York wines that highlight the state’s diversity and terroir.

7:30 PM – Four-Course Dinner
Four-course dinner crafted by Chef Kim, each course thoughtfully paired with different expressions of Cabernet Franc—from vibrant rosés to structured, age-worthy reds. The evening includes benchmark wines from each estate, along with rare and unreleased selections not available anywhere else.
