1995 Grand Vintage Magnum Dinner

It has been just over 30 years since the legendary 1995 vintage. A Paumanok 1995 Grand Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon was one of the top rated wines in a recent review of Long Island wines, a confirmation that these wines are still drinking beautifully. Long time friend of Paumanok, Chef Tom Schaudel, has prepared a mouth-watering menu for this occasion. We will be featuring three 1995 reds from magnum bottles.
