It has been just over 30 years since the legendary 1995 vintage. A Paumanok 1995 Grand Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon was one of the top rated wines in a recent review of Long Island wines, a confirmation that these wines are still drinking beautifully. Long time friend of Paumanok, Chef Tom Schaudel, has prepared a mouth-watering menu for this occasion. We will be featuring three 1995 reds from magnum bottles. We hope you can join Paumanok Founders Charles and Ursula Massoud and Winemaker Kareem Massoud for this very special dinner!
