Main Road Biscuit Co. was born out of a love for comfort food – food that makes us feel like we’re home – and from a deep affection for the natural world that surrounds us here on the East End of Long Island. From our buttermilk biscuits, house made jams and seasonal pancakes to our fried chicken, salads and smoothies – everything is made from scratch, in-house.
