Grand Vintage Dinner

It has been 20 years since the outstanding 2005 vintage. The 2005 vintage wines now have nearly two decades of bottle age and are drinking beautifully. We will be featuring many of these wines from large formats, including 3L bottles.

Renowned Chef Tom Schaudel has created an exceptional 5 course menu to pair with our 2005 Grand Vintage Wines. We will be featuring Paumanok Rosé (not from the ’05 vintage), Merlot, Assemblage, Tuthills Lane Cabernet Sauvignon and Apollo Drive Petit Verdot. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
