Local Oyster Showcase

Our annual Local Oyster Showcase will take place under a tent on the terrace where you will go on a walk-around interactive tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines each paired with a selection of Long Island oysters.

Learn about oyster terroir (merroir) with this exciting opportunity to taste
6 different local oysters and meet the people who grow and cook with them.

Pairings will feature a combination of raw oysters and prepared oyster dishes by local chefs.

This year’s line up includes: Founders Oysters, Peconic Golds, Oysterponds, Fire Island Blues, Violet Cove, Claudio’s, First & South, Frisky Oyster, Fyr & Salt, North Fork Shack, and more!

Tickets: $100pp ($85 wine club members) – includes a walk-around tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen combination of raw and prepared oysters.
