The North Cliff Vineyard philosophy is simple. We make wine from the grapes on our farm. We farm the land with our own hands. We don’t use herbicides or restricted chemicals that harm the root system of the plant. We want our vines to coexist with other plant life on the farm. That is why we ferment our grapes naturally with the yeasts found in our vineyard. We also don’t filter our wine–producing a more natural, and better tasting wine.
