Sediment and Sentiment: Exploring Sparkling Wines

Explore three styles of sparkling wine from across the globe at Chronicle Wines! Sediment & Sentiment will pour a three-wine tasting, including As If “Gratitude” Pet-Nat (a Chronicle Wines brand), a Lambrusco from Italy, and a Cava from Spain. Co-founder and sommelier Jessica Green will guide the tasting, discussing various sparkling styles and how to identify these wines. Guests will also enjoy a glass of the As If “Gratitude” following the tasting.
