Join us for an early Valentine’s Day celebration at The Lin Beach House. Winemaker Ali Shaper will be showing off her extraordinary portfolio of locally crafted wines. She is founder and winemaker of Brooklyn Oenology, New York City’s first urban winery concept. Her ‘As If’ brand embodies the ideas of Serendipity, Courage, and Persistence. The wines are an extension of Oenology and a pure and further refined expression of her sense, style and taste.

PAWPAW is a pop-up restaurant dedicated to showcasing the ingredients farmed, fished, and foraged on the North Fork of Long Island. On select Saturday evenings, PAWPAW convenes at The Lin Beach House in Greenport to create a five course tasting menu celebrating the bounty that makes the North Fork such a magical place.
