On Sunday, September 4th of Labor Day weekend Southold Bay Oysters will be at the Suhru Tasting House shucking Long Island’s finest Southold Shindig Oysters from 1-5pm!

Southold Shindig Oysters are grown in deep water in the center of Southold Bay. Their taste profile begins with a burst of brinines that quickly transitions to a smooth vignette with a hint of sweetness and mineral finish.

Freshly shucked oysters and the full Suhru Wines menu will be available at the Tasting House from 1-5pm on Sunday, September 4th. Reservations Strongly Recommended.
