Located along Long Island’s scenic North Fork Wine Trail, Sparkling Pointe Vineyards and Winery exists as the sole producer in New York State dedicated to the exclusive production of Méthode Champenoise Sparkling Wines. Sparkling Pointe is one of the few wineries where guests can sit, relax, and enjoy table service in our elegant Tasting House, VIP Bubble Room, or on the Terrace overlooking exquisite views of the vineyard. Sparkling Pointe strives to create an environment focused on wine education and the highest level of hospitality leading to the ultimate guest experience.
Sparkling Pointe is looking for new team members to join our tasting house staff. You will be working onsite at our winery and vineyard in our elegant tasting house conducting wine tastings and table service alongside a fun, motivated and passionate group of people. The position is part time (up to 25+ hours per week) - Saturdays and Sundays a must as well as Holiday weekends.

The candidate must have a passion for wine and for learning the details of the wines we produce. Responsibilities include: Greeting customers promptly and courteously; guiding customers to wines they enjoy; setting up and cleaning up daily operations; stocking wine and retail merchandise in the tasting room; accurately performing daily wine inventory and money handling procedures. Promotes the sale of wine and non-wine products sold in the Tasting Room including our Wine Club. Ability to speak to customers about wines, winemaking techniques, winery and property history. Individual must be reliable and customer-service oriented with experience in hospitality. Assisting the manager with administrative responsibilities and wine club management. Overseeing everyday tasks are being completed efficiently, interacting first hand with customers in a professional and hospitable manor.
Weekends and Holidays are required.
